Job Description:
Landscaping: As a Landscaper, you’ll be responsible for performing general landscape work. The work is suitable for brave and spirit people who want to have new experiences.
Houseman: The houseman position is responsible for cleaning guest rooms. Cleaning includes mopping, dusting, vacuuming, changing bed sheets, picking up trash, and other duties as needed. You will be using cleaning sprays, liquids, and other materials in this position. And any other duties as assigned by the Manager. The work is suitable for brave and spirit people who want to have new experiences.
Job Responsibilities:
Landscaping:
- Maintaining all gardens, courtyards, flower beds and boxes, exterior walkways, lawns, and grounds to exacting standards
- Caring for and pruning of trees and shrubbery throughout the property
- Performing maintenance and/or repairs on the irrigation system
- Completing other special projects as assigned by the Landscape Supervisor
The minimum qualifications for the Landscape Gardener position are:
- General knowledge of basic hand and power tools used for landscaping
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy
- Ability to move throughout the property (standing, walking, kneeling, bending) throughout shift
- Basic ability to comprehend the English language sufficient to understand information such as labels and instructions, receive job assignments and communicate progress and/or completion of assignments, and basic guest requests
Houseman:
- The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining clean and attractive guest rooms while providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests
- Will also be responsible for cleaning common areas, running towels and supplies to front desk
- Employees must at all times be attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous to all guests, managers and fellow employees
- Thoroughly clean guest rooms according to standards
- Complete all pre-cleaning duties, including but not limited to, guest supplies, cleaning supplies, and linen for housekeeping cart set-up
- Remove all trash and dirty linen from guest rooms and hallways
- Restock housekeeping cleaning cart for next day’s use
- Replenish chemical bottles
- Clean room with the door closed according to standards, unless requested to do otherwise by the guest
- Report all missing items from the room (i.e., irons/boards, hair dryers, etc.)
- Report any maintenance repairs immediately to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager
English Required skills: Upper Intermediate (A, B+, B, C+)
