Job Description :

Retail Associate: At Great Wolf, the Retail Attendant provides customers with lasting memories by assisting in the sale of memorabilia and other products. The Attendant guides customers while maintaining the cash register, ringing sales, processing returns, and closing out the register. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Communicates with guests to assist in purchasing decisions Provides outstanding customer service and engage in suggestive selling Ensures the daily operation of the retail outlet adheres to operating procedure guidelines Assists in merchandising functions including display and store design, inventory receiving, stocking, and merchandise pricing.

Public Area Attendant: At Great Wolf, the Public Area Attendant is critical to ensuring the overall atmosphere of the Lodge meets or exceeds Great Wolf and guest standards. The Attendant is responsible cleaning and maintaining common areas of the resort.

Lifeguard:

• Supervises and provides surveillance of swimmers and guests during park hours, special events, and training sessions
• Responds to emergency situations in assigned zone
• Assists in communicating emergency situations outside of assigned zone
• Administers and coordinates emergency first aid as necessary
• Enforces the rules and regulations of the waterpark
• Advises aquatics management of unsafe and unsanitary conditions
• Provides superior customer service to all guests by assisting all in a polite and expedient manner
• Performs daily routine chores and maintenance of waterpark to ensure neat and orderly appearance

At Great Wolf, Lifeguard is one of the most important positions in the lodge, as they are vital to ensuring the safety of our guests, their families, and anyone that visits our waterpark attractions. No matter the situation, Great Wolf lifeguards are trained to respond and ensure all guests enjoy a safe and fun environment.

Room Attendant: Cleans guest suites and common area in an allotted period determined by management using the proper procedures and chemicals provided by management.

English Required skills: Advanced (A, B+, B) Only

Start Date: March 7th – April 7th, 2025

End Date: June 15th – July 7th, 2025 (Retail Associate* Must be June 15th)
