Position:  Pizza Maker and Cook

Position Available: 1 position

Hourly wage: $15.00 per hour

Tips: Yes (average of $6 per hour)

Average hours per week: 32-40

Average number of days per week: 4-6

Job Prerequisites

Advanced English is required for this position. Participants must be able to stand for the duration of their shift and work with all food types including pork and seafood. It will be necessary to complete a ServSafe course and TIPS certification, as well. The host employer will be able to provide further information regarding the necessary certifications. Open availability including nights, weekends and holidays is a must.

Job Description:

• Can stretch sm, lg, and slice-sized pizza doughs perfectly, regardless of state of dough
• Can stretch 5 large doughs in under 2 minutes
• Can prepare lunch calzones and specialty pizzas in under 30 minutes, if applicable
• Can top all specialty pizzas without referencing guides
• Can flawlessly work ovens during peak hours, timing pizzas so that top and bottom crusts are equally browned
• Aware of shift inventory levels at all times
• Autonomously organizes prep, cleaning supplies, and paper products without being instructed to do so
• Begins working without guidance, properly prioritizing tasks and continues to do so throughout shift
• Keeps areas clean without being guided to do so
• Organizes incoming orders, budgets time, and manages order completion

English Required skills: Advanced (A, B+, B)
