Hourly wage: $11.00 per hour
Overtime time: Overtime is not guaranteed, but if the student is approved for one the rate is 1.5 of the regular wage.
Meal Discount: Yes (while on duty, please check with the manager)
Estimated hours per week: 32 average hours per week throughout the program (After orientation, training & achievement of satisfactory performance)
Paycheck Frequency: Paychecks paid bi-weekly
Job description:
- Take food orders, prepare food, complete transactions, make a change, and clean and stock work areas. Greet customers and work at the cash register
- Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas
- Clean food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils
- Operate large-volume cooking equipment such as grills, deep-fat fryers, or griddles. Take food, drink orders, and receive payment from customers
- Prepare and serve beverages such as coffee and fountain drinks
- Cook the exact number of items ordered by each customer, working on several different orders simultaneously
- Clean, stock, and restock workstations and display cases
English Required skills: Intermediate (A, B+, B, C+, C)

HOUSING INFORMATION:
Housing Features: Housing is dormitory type motel with 3-4 students per room in Williamsburg area with public transportation available
Cost of Housing: Housing is $14.00 + tax per day per student with 3-4 students per room Housing Collection: Collected onsite with one-week advance payment in housing. One week (7 days) of rent is due upon arrival.
Housing Deposit: Yes. $150 + $10 Activity Fee. Deposit Due Date: Upon arrival
Housing Deposit Refund: $50.00 non-refundable cleaning fee and a $10.00 non-refundable activity fee.
Transportation to Work: Work location is on the bus line or within bike ride distance from the housing facility. Public Transportation available
