Job prerequisites: You must have great customer service and be able to work in a fast paced environment.
Job Description: Ensure servers have dishes/silverware required guests have clean dishes. Must like people and have a great attitude; you will be working directly guests. Requires attention to details, punctuality and great service attitude and team spirit. You will be transport food to and from the kitchen during banquet funtions. You will also sort/stack dishes, load/unload dishwasher. Sort/stack/store all cleaned items in an organized and safe manner. Ensure all broken/chipped items are removed from circulation and inventoried. Ensure all floors are dry and clean at all times. Must be able to remain calm. Must lift up to 30 lbs (14kg), as well as bend, kneel and stand for the entire shift and be quick on your feet. Must be willing to do any additional duties as requested.
