Job description:
Buffet Runner – Bring hot and cold food items in pans from kitchen to buffet. Must be able to follow directions and complete tasks in timely fashion. Follow safety and sanitation standards. Keep buffet area clean. Must be willing to stand on feet for many hours.
ALL positions: Require students to have outstanding personal hygiene.
Hair must be natural color, clean, neatly combed, conservative hairstyle. You will be responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness of the restaurant, which includes cleaning the counters, making sure that all work areas are neat and clean at all times, sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning dishes and restrooms (cleaning toilets, sinks and floors). You must be friendly and very outgoing, with a good work ethic. This is a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for the above listed items and your duties will change daily depending on the needs of your manager.

Housing & Transportation:
- Housing in an Apartment/Host Family. Housing assistance is offered through CICD.
Typical housing in the Outer Banks is a shared 3-6-person shared bedroom, 7-10 person apartments/house with basic furniture, utilities, electricity, water.
- Housing Fee: $125-$150 per person per week + $200 deposit
- Housing Payment: Plan to pay 2 weeks rent plus deposit at arrival or prior depending on landlord
- Transportation: No local transportation, housing will be biking distance to work. Must be okay riding a bike.
