Overtime Detail: Overtime is frequent in the busy season
Estimated hours per week: 32-40
Job Description: Lifeguards are responsible for guarding deep and shallow water areas, ensuring park rules are followed, and keeping guests safe. Lifeguards must be able to assist guests with a smile. Training is provided after arrival. General cleaning is required. Additional responsibilities may be assigned by supervisor as needed.
Job prerequisites: Students will be working at one of several community or condo pools in the Clifton NJ area. Uniform and training fee, one-time charge of 500 (taken in two installments)
Upon completion they will receive the American Red Cross certificate. 2nd jobs are not available.
English required skills: Advanced
Start date: May 15th – June 10th, 2022
End Date: August 10th – September 7th, 2022

Estimated cost of housing: Free Housing
Housing Detail: Fully furnished apartment with full kitchen. Students should bring their own linens. Wi-Fi is not included; students are encouraged to buy a package with their phone card (approx. 35 per month).
Transportation detail: Transportation is provided but they will contribute to fuel charges, about USD 2 per day.
