Estimated hours per day: 35 hour per week

Number of days per week: 5 days

Job Description :

Waterpark Attendant:

1.Tests and balances pool chemicals. Documents as required by state and local regulations.

  1. Monitors and adjusts pool temperatures as directed.
  2. Ensures all individuals in the waterpark area have appropriate waterpark passes.
  3. Monitors individuals entering and leaving the waterpark areas. Ensures state capacity is not exceeded.
  4. Ensures safety equipment is present and in working order. Check the first aid kit for needed supplies on a daily basis.
  5. Ensures guests adhere to all standard operating procedures, including all posted waterpark rules, to ensure safety.
  6. Adheres to all waterpark operating procedure manuals, check lists and safety standards.
  7. Ensures exceptional customer service and experience delivery.
  8. Assists in performing water park opening and closing duties.
  9. Ensures the highest level of cleanliness, organization and care for the facilities and all related equipment; report any needs to management.
  10. Ensures the pool towels are stocked and assists with towel distribution when necessary. 12. Sweeps waterpark pool decks and all surrounding areas daily.
  11. Closes pool immediately when a contamination event occurs and notifies management. 14. Ensure waterpark and pool equipment is properly store and organized.
  12. Straightens pool furniture regularly, ensuring that furniture is clean and in working order at all times.
  13. Cleans clubhouse and surrounding common areas as needed.
  14. Cleans and vacuums pools. Cleans skimmer baskets. Back wash’s pool filters. Skims pools with skimmer as needed.
  15. Ensures waterpark bathrooms are clean, stocked with supplies and free of standing water. 19. Maintain a positive and friendly attitude while interacting with guests, addressing their questions & concerns.
  16. Work Environment: Outdoor and indoor environments, including exposure to water and varying weather conditions. Requires physical stamina for long periods of standing, walking, and lifting

Concessions Attendant:

1.Provides friendly, quality, genuine hospitality to each guest.

2.Greets guests, takes orders, prepares, and serves offerings in accordance to established standards.

3.Demonstrates knowledge of menu and offerings, including dietary and allergen guidelines. 4.Operates cash register and receives payment in cash or credit card, and accurately counts and provides change for guest, when applicable.

5.Prepares food and beverages throughout the day as needed, anticipating, and reacting to guest volume.

6.Works neatly, safely and under the sanitary guidelines of the Health Department Rules and Regulations.

7.Follows recipes accurately while maintaining food and beverage preparation processes. 8.Completes food and beverage preparation assignment accurately, neatly, and in a timely fashion.

9.Performs shift opening/closing/side work duties as assigned.

  1. Stocks and replenishes food, beverages, paper products, and utensils as needed.
  2. Cleans, sanitizes, and maintains amenity, per sanitation guidelines.
  3. Follows sanitation standards including washing cookware and utensils throughout the day. 13. Sets up/breaks down events and resort functions.
  4. Other duties as assigned.

Participants will be expected to speak Great English. Cleaning products will contain chemicals.

English Required skills: Advanced (A, B+, B)

Start Date: May 7th – June 6th, 2025

End Date: September 3rd – 7th, 2025

Housing assisted by: Employer

Cost of housing: $50 per person per week
