Job Description: In this position, your primary job is a dishwasher. Tasks include unloading the dishes and cutlery loading them into dish trays, then placing into the commercial washers. The commercial dishwashing machines do not accommodate larger pots and pans, so you will be required to wash things by hand. In addition, you will assist with preparing cold foods, slicing vegetables, meats, preparing menu items in accordance with recipes assigned by the Chef. You are responsible for maintaining the work space and keeping sanitary conditions at all times. Trash removal, cleaning, and other jobs may be assigned.
English Required skills: Intermediate
Start Date: March 7th – April 15th, 2021
End Date: May 2nd – July 5th, 2021
Job Prerequisites: Must be able to lift up to 22 kilos, stand for the duration of your shift, and work with cleaning detergents and cleaning chemicals.
